Three organisations make this happen, and they do three different things. We list them by what they actually do rather than as a row of logos, because "Organiser" and "Venue Provider" are not the same commitment and treating them as one would misrepresent all three.
Organiser
SDEC is the state agency behind Sarawak's digital economy. It organises Hebocon Sarawak as part of that work, on the view that a room full of people failing at engineering in public is a reasonable way to get more of them started.
Delivery Partner
The Learning Curve runs the event on the ground — entries, workshops, judging and the ring itself. If you email us about taking part, this is who reads it.
Venue Provider
Makeramai is the makerspace at Plaza Merdeka, and the venue. It is where the contest happens and where most of the tools that build the bad robots already live.
